Usability Overhaul

A late addition to the cover letter system, the Risk Checklist was for users to highlight risks that were in their reports before generating the cover letters that were sent to the client. The output of certain paragraphs and wordings were based on which risks were highlighted, being either new ones, or points from prior years.

The initial checklist was created on an excel sheet, and although somewhat efficient as a standalone document, stakeholders requested for it to be integrated into the cover letter system.

- A lower time spent on reviewing and approving of the risk checklist.
